The Nanaimo RCMP is seeking the public's assistance in locating a stolen 5.4-meter aluminum boat taken from Stones Marina on February 2nd, 2023. The boat is a 2015 grey Hewes-Craft 180 Sportman with a black canopy and hull number HEW74742F515. It was equipped with two Yamaha motors, a 90 horsepower motor and a 9.9 horsepower kicker.
The Nanaimo RCMP is asking the public to keep an eye out for a stolen, 5.4 metre aluminum boat that was swiped on Monday.
Mounties say that boat was taken sometime after 10 a.m. on Feb. 2 from the Stones Marina, located at 1690 Stewart Ave., located in the central side of the city.
