Canada's Paul Flemming rink advanced to the gold medal game at the World Senior Men's Curling Championship on Friday evening in Ostersund, Sweden.
Flemming's Halifax Curling Club team of third Peter Burgess, second Martin Gavin, lead Kris Granchelli and alternate Kevin Ouelette scored three in an extra end to top Sweden's Mats Wranaa 9-6 in the semifinal.
