The $80 million Lotto Max jackpot is still up for grabs, but Ontario players have won multiple Maxmillions prizes in the recent draw. Tuesday's upcoming draw will offer an estimated $123 million in top prizing, including 43 Maxmillions prizes worth $1 million each.

LA PRESSE CANADIENNE/Doug IvesWhile the top prize remains unclaimed, the rollover has dramatically increased the overall stakes, with Tuesday’s upcoming draw now set to offer an estimated $123 million in top prizing, including 43 Maxmillions prizes worth $1 million each, OLG officials told CP24 Saturday morning.

“I realize that everyone is hoping to hear that the $80 Lotto Max million jackpot has been won and hopefully, was won on Ontario,” OLG officials wrote in an update to CP24. “Well…. the $80 million Lotto Max jackpot is still up for grabs, but Ontario dominated the winning when it comes to the Maxmillion prizes!”According to OLG, two $1 million Maxmillions tickets were sold in Mississauga, while single $1 million winning tickets were sold in Niagara Falls and Windsor.A $500,000 Maxmillions prize was sold in the Kawartha Lakes area and split with a ticket sold in Atlantic Canada. Another $500,000 Maxmillions prize was split between tickets sold in Thunder Bay and York Region. A $333,333.40 Maxmillions prize was divided among three tickets sold in Mississauga, Oshawa and York Region.Encore prizes were also claimed in Ontario, with $100,000 winning tickets sold in Sarnia and Cambridge.Tuesday’s upcoming draw While the $80 million jackpot is still waiting to be won, OLG says the next draw on Tuesday, Dec. 23, will once again feature the top prize alongside an estimated 43 Maxmillions prizes worth $1 million each. Since Lotto Max launched in 2009, Ontario players have won more than $9.5 billion, including 117 jackpot wins and 957 Maxmillions prizes across the province.
