Vancouver’s visit to the WHL playoffs will be a short one if they don’t learn from Game 2 lessons
It was difficult to find a Giant who didn’t deserve an A grade in Vancouver’s 7-1 win over the Seattle Thunderbirds in the opener of their best-of-seven WHL Western Conference quarter-finals on Friday at the Langley Events Centre.
Conversely, Seattle still has players from the team that lost in the league final three years ago and the one that won the WHL crown two years ago, like defenceman Jarret Tyszka, a Langley product.
