Some temporary road closures will be in effect evenings and overnight this week.
THUNDER BAY — The City of Thunder Bay has made a slight change in its plans for reconstructing the busy intersection of Memorial Avenue and the Harbour Expressway.Overnight work and the partial closure of the intersection begins Monday evening, which is a day earlier than previously announced, and will continue until Saturday.
The city explained in a news release Monday that the intersection will be closed on Memorial Avenue on both Monday and Tuesday nights, but through traffic will still be allowed on the Harbour Expressway.
