FRANKLIN COUNTY, Ohio — Shayla Favor earned the Democratic vote for Franklin County Prosecuting Attorney during Ohio's primary Tuesday night, setting up a November matchup with Republican John Rutan.
Favor recently laid out her stance on several issues, including wrongful death convictions and the obligations of being the prosecuting attorney.
