A spokesman for the Cuyahoga County Court of Common Pleas confirmed that to ABC 6 News on Tuesday morning.
Pammy Maye is accused of killing 5-year-old Darnell Taylor. Their disappearances from Columbus triggered a statewide AMBER Alert last Wednesday before she was taken into custody Thursday night in the Cleveland suburb of Brooklyn.During her initial interview with police in Cleveland, she told investigators where Taylor's body could be found. Columbus police made the gruesome discovery early Friday morning.
