GEORGETOWN, P.E.I. — A P.E.I. youth charged with first-degree murder in the death of 17-year-old Tyson Blair MacDonald has had his court matters adjourned again.
MacDonald did not explain in court which aspects of the case are still under investigation or the type of reports that have yet to be received by the Crown. On Dec. 20 at 2:57 a.m., the RCMP located Tyson's remains off the Line Road in Kings County. The youth and a male youth co-accused, who had been arrested on Dec. 19, made their first court appearances in Charlottetown on Dec. 20 to face charges, including first-degree murder, in relation to Tyson's death.
