In just an hour on Tuesday afternoon, North Vancouver RCMP said they pulled over around 45 drivers with frosted vehicles at a roadblock on the Mountain Highway off-ramp. Some made excuses, like they couldn’t reach the top of their car. One woman blamed her husband for doing a terrible job, Sahak said.
