Police were called to the area of Telford Avenue and Beresford Street near the Metrotown SkyTrain station at 3:20 p.m. for a report of a man with a knife, according to Burnaby RCMP.
A report of a man with a knife near a busy Burnaby SkyTrain station sparked a large police presence Wednesday afternoon.
The man was arrested several blocks away from the initial scene at about 4 p.m. without incident, according to Burnaby RCMP.
