ST. JOHN'S, N.L. — Prices at the pumps dropped in Newfoundland and Labrador overnight Thursday, Oct. 19.
Gasoline prices were down 3.4 cents per litre , while diesel prices jumped 12.2 cpl on the island, and 8.5 cpl in Western Labrador and Churchill Falls. That set the maximum price for a litre of regular unleaded self-serve gasoline at 1.679 on the Avalon Peninsula.Additionally, stove oil climbed 7.23 cpl on the island and 7.47 cpl in Western Labrador and Churchill Falls.The next scheduled price change in the province is Thursday, Oct. 26.
