Haynes is taking part in the ‘Wilderness Chefs’ episode, where he and two other chefs will pick from the wild game in the ‘Flavortown Market’ and a randomly selected ingredient to prepare wild game dishes. Finally, chefs will also have their foraging skills on display as the trio will be tasked to cook a full backcountry dinner using ingredients they score in a real game of archery.
