STORY CONTINUES BELOW THESE SALTWIRE VIDEOSWhen I was teaching school, long ago, I had a girl in my class who anytime someone made any comment about her or her family, her handsOne day, someone said what they shouldn't have said, and suddenly fists were formed and she rose from her desk. The rest of the class moved away from the commenter, in anticipation of the spectacle, that was about to happen.
Everyone got up and drew a large swatch around the girl who was still fuming. Arrows flew from her eyes. I looked at her and said,"You will stay after class." Now, I was included in her glare and arrow flinging. her fists could do, but wasn't sure about her brain. We spoke about the results of her two options. Finally, I said,"Use the power of your brain. Just say to him that you are going to knock his block off, but only when he least expects it. Then, every time you see him in the hall or in class, just smile at him. He will be scaling the walls in no time and he will become a nervous wreck.
My mom said,"Why don't you talk to him, befriend him? I bet you he doesn't have any friends. Who knows, he may become a better person!"
