The star says his girlfriend is a big support
Dancing On Ice and Vamps star Connor Ball has opened up on his battle with his mental health, admitting sometimes he just has to "take a step back."
The pop star would find different ways to distract himself and make himself feel better, especially while on tour, and said this is when he turned to gaming. Sharing advice for anyone who feels anxious the same way as he did and still occasionally does, Connor said "finding things to distract yourself," is his recommendation.
Connor said his bandmates – Bradley Simpson, Tristan Evans and James Brittain-McVey – are the ones he can "really speak to." Dancing On Ice LDN UTD is an organisation very close to the Vamps star's heart and his move comes as a personal one, having struggled with his mental health. Instagram "The other thing with LDN UTD is the fact that we want to focus on physical wellbeing as well as mental. Things like the gym really helps me, as well as going out for a run."
