Police say 23 people were arrested after suspects in a stolen car opened fire on a group standing outside a recording studio in Toronto’s West Queen neighbourhood on Monday night.
Police say multiple people were arrested and firearms were seized after an unmarked police cruiser was struck by gunfire.
According to police, an unmarked cruiser was struck by bullets during the incident, which occurred near Queen Street West and Sudbury Street at around 11:20 p.m.
