They said officers were called to Queen Street W. and Sudbury Street around 11:20 p.m., and the resulting investigation has shut down the normally-busy Queen route during the morning commute. Alyssa Wiebe, who lives in a building on Sudbury Street, said she watched police chase two men and arrest one of them.
