N.S. restaurant owner struggling to expand business amid worker shortage
WATCH: A popular restaurant in Windsor, N.S., has had its share of turbulent times since the beginning of the pandemic. Cocoa Pesto re-opened in May, after closing its doors for nearly two years during the pandemic. The owner had hopes of expanding his catering business, but there isn't even enough staff to run his restaurant. Amber Fryday reports.
