Nicholas WuWASHINGTON – The House of Representatives plans to vote later Tuesday on a resolution condemning President Donald Trump's racist tweets telling four progressive freshmen lawmakers to"go back" to other countries.
The resolution uses quotations from former Presidents Ronald Reagan and John F.
