ST. JOHN'S, N.L. — As fishery workers surrounded Confederation Building on Wednesday, March 20, Jim Chidley said their message was clear.
“I don’t know if it’s so much a thing about budget day, I think we just gathered everyone together because we’re not getting answers from government," Chidley said. "We understand that, we certainly do, but we have people come and say 'well, I can work from home.' But we can’t. We can’t work from home.
