Visitation for Keeping will now take place today from 1-4 p.m. at the JM Jobes Funeral Home, 635 Main St., Sydney Mines, with a private family service to follow. The reception to celebrate Keeping's life is also set to take place Wednesday, 5 p.m. at the Emera Centre Northside. Keeping, a North Sydney-born musician and general manager for the Emera Centre Northside, died on Friday after a months-long battle with cancer. He was 51.
