One filmmaker, Barbara Todd Hager , will witness a long-held dream come true as her new documentary makes its highly anticipated debut at the festival.
Hager, who has called Victoria home for three decades, has dedicated five years to creating this film, which was shot in Canada, the United States, and Austria. Her work will also be showcased in the context of her role as a member of the VFF's board of directors.Now in its 31st year, the VFF has established a reputation for its selection of local, Canadian, and international films. This year's festival will feature screenings at venues across the region, including the Island's capital city and a return to Sidney's newly established Star Cinema.
