The Washington County Sheriff’s Office has identified a victim in a death investigation that began Wednesday.WCSO is working with the Bay County Sheriff’s Office and the Florida Department of Law Enforcement in this ongoing investigation.Washington County Sheriff’s Office is currently investigating a death on Firetower Road near Wausau.
According to WSCO, deputies responded to the scene following a 911 call that came in at approximately 5:25 A.M.Investigators are currently processing the scene. The incident is being treated as a homicide investigation.
