There were no injuries after the July 22 collision

Following a two-vehicle collision on Highway 69 July 22, one of the drivers has been charged with impaired driving.

Two vehicles were involved in a motor vehicle collision, with no injuries. The driver of one of the vehicles was arrested for impaired driving, then transported to the Greater Sudbury Police Service for further testing. The accused was released and is scheduled to appear at the Ontario Court of Justice on September 27 in Sudbury.
