USA Today reported the New Mexico Department of Health was investigating two cases of HIV infection of clients of the Albuquerque-based VIP Spa, which officials closed down last September after they believed the business could be spreading blood-carrying diseases such as HIV or hepatitis. The spa treatment became popular after celebrities, such as Kim Kardashian and Chrissy Teigen, got them.
