Two dead in fiery Gatineau crash
Two people died and a driver was arrested in Gatineau after a fiery crash early Sunday in the city’s Buckingham sector.
The crash occurred at about 3 a.m. when a vehicle left the road near the intersection of Buckingham Avenue and Maclaren Avenue.Police arriving on the scene confirmed that two passengers had died.Police have not released any identities or charges against the driver. Buckingham Avenue remains closed between Lamennais and Joseph streets, while Maclaren is closed between Charles and Georges streets.
