Kaiyuan Zhu, 25, and Kaiming Man, 25, who at the time of the offence lived on Walters Lane in Sydney, were both charged with six counts of careless storage of weapons.Zhu was scheduled to stand trial but instead entered a guilty plea to a single count of careless storage of a Remington 700 rifle. Among the weapons seized, were a Mossberg MMR tactical gun, a Glock handgun, a Remington 700, and a Winchester shotgun. The ammunition was found in various locations throughout the home.
Leon Alex, 59, was scheduled to stand trial on two counts of possession for the purpose of trafficking. John Patrick White, 39, is charged in connection with the death of Robert T. Bradley, 60, of North Sydney, on Sept. 3, 2020.
