THUNDER BAY – A Thunder Bay man faces numerous drug and weapons charges after being stopped by police in the city’s East End on Sunday.
Officers conducted a traffic stop on a sedan in the Christie Street and McTavish Street area just before 11 p.m. on Sunday, the Thunder Bay Police Service reported in a release. Police report finding the passenger of the vehicle to be in possession of “a quantity of cocaine, multiple bottles of pills, cash, paraphernalia consistent with drug trafficking and a non-firearm weapon,” upon further investigation.
