Natasha McKarris, who works at Arlington Orchards fruit and vegetable stand in the Ellen’s Creek Plaza in Charlottetown, said closing a portion of Beach Grove Road for 12 weeks is going to have an impact on business and her family. - Dave Stewart/The Guardian McKarris added this is also the time of year when apples are in season, and business really picks up.
“The bulk of the work is getting those in place because they are so heavy,’’ Adams said. “They’ll only be able to place a couple a day.’’
