An 18-year-old Toronto woman has been charged with first-degree murder in connection with the fatal December shooting of Jai Parker-Ford.

Hydro-Quebec says the bulk of the power has been restored in Quebec, but the final hundreds of thousands of customers waiting in the dark will need to sit tight. As of 4 p.m.

Saturday, over 191,000 customers remain without power in the province, with the bulk of those in Montreal , Monteregie , Laval , Outaouais , the Lower Laurentians and Lanaudiere .In the aftermath of the Quebec ice storm on Wednesday and Thursday, tree service companies are struggling to keep up with the volume of calls they're getting. The storm brought down trees and power lines, crushed cars and led some to some close calls.
