Sun Run coaching: Stay committed and find a new route
What is it about a nice cuppa java in an airport, working away on my computer? I love it. Somehow it doesn’t feel like work. I’m thinking it might be that relaxed feeling I have as I wait to catch a flight to the warm sunshine for a week.
We’ll head out for a nice easy run along Mission Bay, where the green grass and golden sand meet that endless rolling ocean. Isn’t it amazing the running and walking you are now doing can be done anywhere in the world at any time, and all you need is that pair of shoes? Whether you are heading to warmer sunshine or staying right here at home during Spring Break, stay committed. There is only a month to go as you tackle new intervals, more volume, and realize you are truly reaching a new level of fitness.
