- Experience and comfort in working and counselling both face-to-face and virtually - Excellent written and verbal communication skills- Good computer skills, including MS office, virtual meeting software- Familiarity with the Ministry’s mental health and addictions strategiesPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:- Experience working with schools and/or learners at the elementary or secondary school level
