A Victoria-based non-profit organization focused on women empowerment and with several resale shops across the city has expanded, opening its fourth location earlier this month. Clare Yazganoglu, WIN’s executive director, was “so thrilled” to open another store, saying it “joins other locations in being a crucial part of how we provide our five empowerment programs in the community.”
