The Snuneymuxw First Nation out of Nanaimo has entered an agreement to purchase Elements Casino based out of View Royal.

Great Canadian Entertainment signed the agreement to sell Elements Casino to Petroglyph Development Group, which is owned by Snuneymuxw First Nation, months after the“We are very pleased to have executed this second historic agreement with the Snuneymuxw First Nation,” Matt Anfinson, Chief Executive Officer of Great Canadian Entertainment.
“Our Nation is sharply focused to make investments that bring returns to our people and builds our presence in the economy so that Snuneymuxw takes its rightful place,” said Wyse.
