As the system approaches, winds are forecast to kick up Tuesday night into Wednesday; gusts may exceed 30 mph to 35 mph in the interior valley areas and reach as high as 40 mph to 50 mph along the coast and on the highest peaks. Winds are forecast to ease in interior locations on Thursday, but the coastline could remain blustery.
