In Los Feliz, comedy writer Tim Long is asking $4.45 million for his 1920s Colonial-style home once owned by actress Katherine Heigl.

He has co-written a number of episodes with his wife including this year’s episode “D’oh Canada” with his wife.Heigl, who starred in “Roswell” and “Grey’s Anatomy” before film roles in “Knocked Up” and “27 Dresses,” bought the home in 2007 for $2.55 million. She sold the property in 2013 for $2.
