West Shore RCMP are searching for two suspects who allegedly stole thousands of dollars worth of electronics from a Colwood store late last month.
Mounties are investigating the theft from the Island Highway London Drugs that saw a man and a woman enter the store around 7:30 p.m. on Aug. 26th, according to RCMP.
“The male suspect pried open the lock on the electronic cabinet,” RCMP said in a news release, noting the suspects then made off with approximately $16,000 in electronics. The male suspect, described as light-skinned, was caught on surveillance camera wearing a blue T-shirt, black pants, a black baseball cap and black sneakers at the time of the theft.Sign up for our newsletter to get breaking news and daily digests sent to your email.The female suspect, meanwhile, is described as light-skinned and wore a dark face mask, a white baseball cap, a cap-sleeved white shirt and black pants. She had her hair styled in a braid.
