CLEVELAND, Ohio - The Cleveland Guardians have placed starting pitcher Shane Bieber on the 15-day injured list with inflammation in his right elbow.
In a corresponding move, the team has recalled right-handed pitcher Michael Kelly from Triple-AAA Columbus.
