'You can upgrade the flavor of any dish with ramen seasoning' - bts_bighit's Jin

Thinly sliced scallions and/or dried ramen vegetables, for garnishCrack the eggs into a medium bowl and add the sugar and vinegar. Whisk with a fork until fully combined and aerated.

In a medium nonstick skillet over medium-low heat, melt the butter. Pour in the ramen seasoning. Using a rubber spatula, mix to create a loose paste and toast the spices, about 30 seconds. Spread evenly across the pan. Pour the egg mixture into the pan. Allow it to cook undisturbed, until the eggs start to set around the edges, about 2 minutes.

Once the edges start to set, turn off the heat. Using the rubber spatula, push the eggs from one side of the pan to the other, folding and lifting as you go, until you form a fluffy mound . You’ll know your scramble is ready when it has big curds and still looks slightly glossy. Transfer onto a plate and top with scallions or the dried vegetables from your ramen package. Serve immediately.

Chicken Caesar Sandwiches Recipe on Food52Chicken Caesar Sandwiches Recipe on Food52These easy sandwiches capture all the flavors and textures of a classic chicken Caesar salad in handheld form. Lightly toasted Potato Sandwich Buns from Arnold®, Brownberry®, and Oroweat® stand in for the croutons—if you like more crunch, toast them slightly longer. Instead of drizzling dressing over the chicken, here you’ll poach chicken then toss it with a quick Caesar-inspired dressing; the slightly warm chicken soaks up the dressing, making every bite perfectly packed with flavor. Using bottled mayonnaise (instead of egg yolks or oil) is a shortcut to get the same lusciousness of both ingredients into the dressing without as much work—perfect for weeknight dinners or lunches for a crowd. A few little flavor boosters (Worcestershire sauce, mustard, and capers) are key to elevating these sandwiches beyond the basic.

Meatloaf Sandwiches With Apples & Cheddar Recipe on Food52Meatloaf Sandwiches With Apples & Cheddar Recipe on Food52A meatloaf sandwich is at the top of my favorite weeknight dinners list. It’s filling, easy to make for a crowd (just double the batch), full of savory and comforting flavors, and warm—making it feel more substantial than just a cold sandwich. The trick to making the best meatloaf sandwich is to add a little sweetness: In this case, I used very thinly sliced apples along with the cheddar and lettuce topping. Oh, and don’t forget to use great-quality bread, like 100% Whole Wheat Sandwich Buns from Arnold®, Brownberry®, and Oroweat®.
