On Nov. 19, Greater Victoria Crime Stoppers (GVCS) released a statement seeking help identifying the suspect from the Oct. 19 incident.

Saanich Police is looking to identify this suspect who is accused of committing an assault on October 19th, 2024, in the 4000 block of Shelbourne Street. .

“The suspect initially attempted to forcibly remove the victim’s vehicle license plate. It should be noted that this was unprovoked,” stated GVCS.
