"I would put my name down," she said."They should have to answer for this. I think they're being very ignorant and they're just blowing it off."An interview request with a representative of Tim Hortons was not granted. A written statement in response to questions was emailed. "Despite this human error, we firmly believe there is no merit to the lawsuit and we will address this through the court."
