ST. JOHN'S, N.L. — It was a particularly scary Halloween for two teenagers in St. John’s who were assaulted at the McDonald’s on Torbay Road.

The Royal Newfoundland Constabulary was called to the fast food restaurant around 8:20 p.m. where officers found two teens, a boy and a girl, with minor injuries. Police were told three individuals approached the pair in the parking lot of the restaurant and followed the teens inside where a fight took place.Anyone with information or video footage from the area of Newfoundland Drive and Torbay Road between 7:30 p.m. and 8:30 p.m. on Oct. 31 is asked to contact the RNC at 709-729-8000 or Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-8477.
