Responding to a report that the Pride Flag at West Pictou Consolidated School had been torn down early morning on Saturday, Oct. 21, officers found the flagpole was also bent in the process. Surveillance footage helped police identify a possible suspect, a man with facial hair driving a grey Ford F150 pickup, who was seen at the location at the time of the incident.Anyone with information on the incident is asked to call Pictou County District RCMP at 902-485-4333 or Nova Scotia Crime Stopper at 1-800-222-8477.
