Environment Canada has issued a rain warning for West Vancouver Island on Friday, with heavy rain starting late in the morning.
of rain to fall along the Island’s West Coast starting late Friday morning and continuing until at least midnight.
Residents should also watch for flooding near rivers, creeks and culverts, and keep an eye out for flooding caused by blocked drains.
