Mayor-elect Enzo Palumbo thanks residents for their 'vote for change'
Prince Township’s mayor-elect says he is ready to roll up his sleeves after being sworn in this month.
Throughout the election campaign, Palumbo reiterated that he was running, not to win for himself, but for the people of Prince. “I ran my campaign on the concept of bringing much-needed change to this community while involving all of those who have advocated for togetherness, and I was overwhelmed with the support for my efforts and ideas to fuel that change, surprisingly from many young adults, such as Brittany Agliani , one of those young people who want to make a difference in this community.”
Palumbo said he wants to proceed quickly with a concept of an advisory committee made up of young adults who want to become a part of the solution and become engaged in this community to advance many new initiatives to promote economic development, including fibre optics and high-speed internet as well as eco-tourism development.
