City council, senior staff available to dicsuss budget priorities, event will be livestreamed on YouTube

The informal public open house started at 3:30 p.m., and it will lead into a question-and-answer session at 5:30 p.m. that will be livestreamed on YouTube. The live YouTube webcast is available here.
