RNC Releases More Information on Goulds Missing Persons Case
The Royal Newfoundland Constabulary has released new information in relation to a man missing from the Goulds since last week.
Thirty-one year-old Joe Whelan was last seen in the area of Windmere Road shortly before midnight on August 1. The Constabulary says they have received new information to suggest that someone was picked up in a grey or silver SUV around that time in the Fourth Pond Road area.Police are asking people in the Goulds and Petty Harbour areas to check any outdoor video for activity overnight between August 1 and August 2.
Whelan is described as being about five feet nine inches tall, 240 pounds with black hair, black beard, and brown eyes.Anyone with information is asked to contact the RNC or Crime Stoppers.
