The Nashville Predators have selected winger Teddy Stiga with the No. 55 overall pick in the 2024 NHL Draft.
The Sudbury, Massachusetts product spent the entirety of his 2023-24 season with the United States National Under 18 Team in the U.S. National Team Development Program, where he had 36 goals and 43 assists for 79 points in 61 regular season games, which was third on the team in scoring behind the 2025 Draft eligible James Hagens and the fellow 2024 Draft eligible Cole Eiserman.
Stiga had 18 goals and 20 assists for 38 points in 27 games against USHL competition, with the USNTDP’s U-17 and U-18 teams splitting the schedule. Stiga was a big part of USA’s roster at the Men’s U18 World Championship, where he had six goals and five assists for 11 points in seven games, which was fifth on the team in scoring and eighth in the tournament overall. Team USA finished the tournament with a silver medal, losing to Canada in the gold medal game..
