Katlyn, 29, called a Lyft from her Arlington apartment to get to a party in D.C. Saturday evening. She was expecting a routine ride but felt something was wrong.
She added, “We are going the entirely wrong direction now. I am supposed to be going left. He is going right. I keep calling out to him, 'Sir, this is actually left, not right.' He's not answering me.”
I decided to take it upon myself to jump out at that moment. I was not going to wait further and further from my destination to find out where he was taking me,” Katlyn said. “They are upset that I jumped when I don’t have time those are crucial seconds there where I am going further and further away than where I am intended to,” Katlyn said.
