CHARLOTTETOWN, P.E.I. — As the temperature slowly creeps above freezing this morning, a couple of thousand people in Prince Edward Island are waking without power.The bulk of the outages are being reported in downtown Charlottetown, with another chunk in the Argyle Shore and Disable. The rest are spread throughout areas in Bonshaw, Appin Road, Green Road, Stratford, Georgetown, and Glenfinnan.
Maritime Electric’s website states that crews have been assigned, but current statuses and restoration times are pending.
