The Halifax Mooseheads and Cape Breton Eagles went at each other hard in Sydney on Wednesday and the margin for error was razor thin. In the end, the Mooseheads won 2-0 but they didn't even score the game's first goal until the final 10 minutes and then iced it with an empty-netter.

Even though goals were at a premium, it wasn't because of poor performances offensively on either side.
